A procession at the entrance of the 1906-7 New Zealand International Exhibition buildings in Hagley Park, Christchurch. Some are holding banners, one of which reads "Total Abstinence Empire Safety". Flags fly on top of the entrance building and a sign on the central building reads "Haeremai". Probably taken by Leslie Hinge.
