Two women sitting on the back of a utility vehicle. They sit with a bicycle, milk cans and other items. One of the women plays a guitar. The ute is parked outside the Walker Bros general store in Te Kaha. Taken by John Dobree Pascoe on 10 July 1944.Original caption reads: "Other visitors hitched a lift on a cream lorry. In the background is the township, a hotel and a store. Much of the social life bears on the store verandah."
