Reference Number: DCDL-0000444
The cartoon shows, John Bolton, United States ambassador to the United Nations, talking to two aides who are anxious about the downward trend shown by the polls for George Bush's administration. John Bolton sits behind a huge desk covered with insignia of office and there is a US flag behind him. The aides comment that the biggest problem is that Iraq has no weapons of mass destruction and John Bolton replies that all they need is time as they had no terrorists or suicide bombers before the U.S. took over, either.
