Two women are expressing amazement at how quickly the kitten has grown into a lion. The lion is slavering over the husband who is cowering in his armchair. On the lion's coat are the words 'Student loans bribe'. Refers to what was seen by some as a bribe by Labour to win the student vote when they decided make interest-free loans to students.
