A scrawny veterinary professor invites his students to welcome the guest speaker, Peter Dunne, who is an expert on animal cunning. The reference is to Peter Dunne, who is Leader of United Future, having been allocated the portfolios of Minister of Revenue and Associate Minister of Health, which are, however, outside cabinet. The government has a confidence and supply agreement with him.
