Inscriptions: Inscribed - Verso - Tonga. The occasion, I believe, was a visit to Tonga by a group of NZ parliamentarians. Gould, the Director of Education in Tonga is 10th from the right (standing figures), with a garland over his shoulders. The tall European in the centre, with moustache, may be [?] Allen MP and next to him King Tupou, the short stout figure.
