Shows Chamberlain dressed in tails and holding an umbrella on a tightrope (British prestige). The rope is tied to a post (Appeasement) on one cliff and is strung across to another cliff where a Japanese man is standing with a knife. The rope has a knot in it and is dangerously worn. Beneath him are upturned swords and two flags, one has the swastika symbol on it and the other is the Italian flag. Refers to threats by Germany, Italy and Japan towards Britain.
