Shows Hitler and Mussolini, wearing masks over their eyes, standing near three safes (Yugoslavia, North America and Mediterranean). Hitler is holding a bag which has arrows pointing into it that represent the countries Memel, Czechosolvakia and Austria. One of the doors to a safe (Yugoslavia) is open and there is nothing inside. His companion is also holding a bag which has an arrow (Abyssinia) pointing into it and Hitler is telling him that it is his turn. Refers to Germany and Italy invading Yugoslavia after taking Austria and Czechoslovakia in 1938.
