The New Zealand Prime Minister Peter Fraser in the guise of a policeman is admonishing a farmer who is protesting beneath a statue of the New Zealand Minister of Finance (Walter Nash), saying "Now then, none of that! Can't you see that we have immortalised him?" The statue holds a parchment labelled 'guaranteed price' (for agricultural produce) and its inscription reads 'Walter Nash - A monument to ability, efficiency, integrity, sincerity, courage and devotion. Erected by his adoring colleagues'.
