Shows two young Maori women with young children on their backs (pikau) standing on a flax mat in front of a meeting house. An older woman is standing behind holding a patu. All three women are wearing cloaks. Over the entrance way to the meeting house is the name `Whatu Tamainupo' [carver?]. Photograph taken by William A Price, ca 1909.
