Group at Jerusalem, Wanganui, photographed by James McDonald during an Dominion Museum ethnographic expedition in 1921. Shows Maori men, women and children on the verandah of a meeting house. In the foreground two women appear to be showing expedition member Johannes Andersen how to perform whai (string games).
