Shows two men talking while they watch Prime Minister Walter Nash smoke a Middle-eastern hookah pipe. Nash is seated on the ground, looking stunned (or stoned). The cartoonist's suggested title in pencil has been erased, and is mostly illegible. It begins with the words 'He says it's not...' and ends with 'makes him feel he's breaking a pledge'.
