Shows a broken down car driven Prime Minister Keith Holyoake. Harry Lake (Minister of Finance) and Jack Marshall (Minister of Industries and Commerce and Minister of Overseas Trade) are attempting to fix the car, which is called the New Zealand economy. Overseas funds are leaking out of the car in the form of oil and the World Bank (a tow truck) is coming around the corner to give assistance.
