Shows a man (N.Z.) in a hospital bed. He is looking very concerned at some medicine (10% cut) which a doctor is preparing to give him. The doctor's medicine case (Arbitration court) is sitting on the bed with a jar of peach jam (Lower cost of living) sticking out. There is a chart (Unemployment chart) on the wall behind them which shows an rapid increase. Refers to unemployment in New Zealand.
