New Zealand Prime Minister Keith Holyoake as compere is announcing the act in which Tom Skinner, President of the Federation of Labour, is about to bring down the hammer of 'labour' on the anvil 'overseas trade'. The anvil is being balanced on the stomach of Jack Marshall, the Minister of Overseas Trade.
