The bowling green at Te Awamutu, circa 1910s. Photograph taken by William Archer Price. A small windmill is situated behind the green, with a group of five men studying the position of their bowls in front of the windmill. One man is wearing whites, the others wearing dark trousers and waistcoats, with white shirts. They are all wearing hats and there is another man watching from a grassy bank beside the green.
