Postcard shows a map of Western Europe with a large blot over Germany, Belgium, Austria, Czechoslovakia. The handwritten text on the back reads: "When the other side is clean, I'll be back if I'm still alive. A Merry Xmas & plenty of fun for 1917. XX Love, Ken"The card may have been interchangeable for several nationalities, with the words "the New Zealanders" in larger type.
