"Wf" 62, a Wf Class steam locomotive, stopped at the Nelson station. This was the `Picnic Train', with Mickey Mouse and other cartoon characters painted on its side. A group of small children look on. Photograph taken circa 1930s, by Frederick Nelson Jones.
