Wellington Transport Department trolley-bus at the intersection of Willis and Manners Streets, Wellington. The bus ran out of electrical overhead as it was driven into Manners Street. Photographed 4 October 1966 by an unknown Evening Post staff photographer. There are a number of cars and pedestrians, and The Duke of Edinburgh can be seen on the corner of the two streets.
