Auditorium of the Regent Theatre, Palmerston North, looking towards curtain from gallery. Shows aspects of the interior architecture in art deco style, including decorative ceiling. A large mural is painted above the screen area (the artist was Mr Coleman). Photograph taken circa 1930s, by an unknown photographer for the Evening Post newspaper.
