View of rides by a lake at the New Zealand International Exhibition, Christchurch, with passers-by looking on. Shows a gondola shaped boat, with propellors on both ends and pulley on top, travelling above a lake. Across the lake is a toboggan roller-coaster-like ride (left), and a two storey `workers dwelling' that was built for the exhibition (right). Photograph taken between 1906 and 1907, by Steffano Francis Webb.
