Original Evening Post caption reads: "Mr and Mrs D'Arcy Bensemen outside the caravan in the Reefton Showgrounds which has been their accommodation for the last month. After 40 years at Inangahua Junction they have vowed never to return. The elderly Bensemens had not, by late last week, received compensation for their house wrecked in the Inangahua earthquake." Photographed on 27th August 1968 by an Evening Post staff photographer.
