Head and shoulders profile portrait of a wife of Te Rangihaeata, named only as "E Ranguera", or Te Rangiuira, as it should be formed. Probably of Ngati Toa and/ or Ngati Raukawa descent. There is no evidence to suggest that this is the wife Te Rongo who was killed at the Wairau Affair 1843.
