Menu items included: Consomme Mancelle, potage Bagration; poached fillets whitefish with Aurora sauce; Spaghetti Italienne; Roast ribs beef au jus; roast Colonial goose au jus; Dressed cabbage, Julienne vegetables, roast potatoes; Cold roast pork and plain salad; Steamed coconut pudding with macaroon sauce, fresh apple pie, vanilla ice cream; Croutes au fromage, oranges, cheddar cheese, cream crackers, and coffee. Smoking was not permitted in the dining saloon.
