A lunch menu, showing a lefthand border of surfers carrying their boards on a beach, koalas, a kiwi, and a lake scene with mountains and cabbage trees. Menu items included: dinner wines, vegetable broth, Baked fillets of moki Portugaise, cottage pie, braised lamb with green peas; grilled steak with onion gravy; cold beef mutton or Oxford brawn; salads (lettuce, beetroot, spring onions, with French dressing or mayonnaise; Gatfield and Creme potatoes; Romsey roll with syrup sauce, baked sago custard; cream crackers and cheddar cheese, coffee. Smoking was not permitted in the dining saloon.
