A burglar with a bag of loot on the back of his very modern bicycle. He is taunting a puffing overweight policeman who is pursuing him on a less fashionable cycle. However the burglar has failed to notice two policemen on the road ahead of him, waiting for him to ride into the back of their open vanIn addition, the cartoonist has included a self-portrait, lower right, showing himself cycling with his cartoon under his arm towards the Dominion building
