Notice in Maori, attached to a tree reading: "Kia mohio! Kaua rawa te tangata e tahutahu. Ki konei. Kaua e tukua kia whakataua ki runga i a koe te putake mai o tetahi ahi. E hoa ma kia tino tupato" (Light no fires! People are not allowed to light fires in this area. Don't let the cause of fire be you. Everyone be very careful.)
