Part one of a three part panorama of Dunedin. Shows Caversham, South Dunedin, and St Clair. Baker Street is on the right. Looks towards the sea with houses in the centre between two roads, a large playing field centre left, and in the background another park with a grandstand and the sea beyond. There is a row of terrace houses on the right. Photographed by Albert Percy Godber in 1925.
