Photograph of a bronze plaque to be erected in honour of lawyer and politician Thomas Kay Sidey, taken in September 1933 by Stanley Polkinghorne Andrew. The text on the memorial tablet reads: `This tablet is erected by the New Zealand Dental Association in grateful recognition of the valuable services rendered to the dental profession by Thomas Kay Sidey, KT B.A., LL.B., M.L.C., September 1933.'
