Reverse side of photograph has the following inscription " Mrs Edward (Ned) Cain, formerly Rose Savage, daughter of Richard and Johanna Savage of Tatong-Rothesay, via Benalla, Victoria, Australia. Mrs Cain was a sister of Prime Minister M J Savage of New Zealand. (In her wedding gown 1890)"
