Stout Street, Wellington, photographed in 1974 by Graham Radcliffe. Looks towards Lambton Quay from Whitmore Street. Shows buildings and parked cars on both sides of the street. On the left are: the Missions to Seamen building with a sign reading "Flying Angel"; a branch of the Bank of New Zealand; and the Departmental Building. In the centre a Mercedes taxi stops for a pedestrian. The Supreme Court is on the right.
