Part one of a two-part image of Mount Maunganui township, this image showing houses at Ocean Beach, with Moturiki Island and Motuotau Island. Photograph taken by Albert Percy Godber, in 1924. This image joins with APG-1644-1/2. Godber calls Motuotau Island `Rabbit Island'.
