View of the garden of "Rose Cottage" on what is now known as Moroa Road, Greytown. The original owner, George Wakelin (1824-1907), carved many statues of animals and busts of historical and local personalities which he placed in his garden. Visible in this image are lifesize sculptures of a horse, a dog and a lion, and several busts. Photograph taken by Albert Percy Godber circa 1924.
