Unidentified Maori group, a woman, two men, and four children, with a dog, outside the entrance to a whare at Te Umuroa, Ruatahuna. The woman holds a taiaha (Maori weapon). One man, who also holds a taiaha, wears a kakahu (cloak). All others wear European clothing. Photograph taken ca 1910, by Thomas Pringle.
