Prime Minister Sidney Holland, being tormented by child triplets, all dressed in sailor suits. Two on his back are labelled 'Inflation' and 'Industrial strife', while the third, seated on the ground, and tying Holland's legs together, is labelled 'and Walter' (Walter Nash, leader of the Opposition).
