Keith Holyoake as an injured fox, being pursued by shooting hunters. He is leaping a fence, behind which Prime Minister Sidney Holland is hiding. The hunters are angry farmers. A quote from Mr Holyoake, Minister of Agriculture, reads 'Some discontent is a sign of life and vigour - if the primary industries become contented, I will be a very unhappy man'. Refers to farmer anger at the Government's agricultural policies.
