Scene outside a maternity hospital, probably in the Christchurch region. Looks over a lawn, towards a two storied, wooden building, in a Gothic style. A group of women with babies and prams, are alongside. Photograph taken circa 1920 by an unidentified photographer for the Press newspaper.
