[Smith, William Mein] 1799-1869 :[Fort Richmond and the Hutt Bridge] [ca 1850]

Reference Number: A-034-029

The bridge and fort viewed from the north, a windmill to the right and a bare tree in the foreground. The bridge is the second Hutt bridge, built after the first one was destroyed in the 1848 earthquake. The second bridge was destroyed in the 1855 earthquake.
