Two moths in flight, shown with pupa and caterpillar. According to artist's notes `Feeds on the Andromeda ferrugenea, spun up in the leaves 29th June, bred 16th July, another that spun up 18th July, bred 4th August. The moth frequents the sides of branches, when disturbed flies a little way and lights on the ground'.
