The arrival of HMNZS Waikato in Wellington harbour, after an accident at sea in which members of the crew were lost overboard, photographed 16 March 1970 by an Evening Post staff photographer. The body of one of the deceased is being carried down the gangplank. The frigate's Wasp helicopter may be seen in the background.
