Shows Nash singing and playing an organ grinder with a hat on the ground in front of him. There is a sign in the hat which says "Income tax. Thank you". Chained to the organ is a monkey (Connolly) who is happily setting fire to a piece of paper (Tax demand) with matches. Refers to the tax demand.
