Reverse shows a bas-relief also by F Bowcher, showing a symbolic figure (of Victory?) with the exhibition buildings in the right background. An inscribed scroll shows the award is to Jas Williamson for a violin and case. The inscription: Franco-British Exhibition is written around the top edge.
