This cartoon is about the Christchurch shunters' industrial action and Labour Minister Hugh Watt's threat of deregistration of their union. He is featured as sherriff Wyatt Earp and is threatening the shunters who are standing on a railway line. Peeping out from the Last Chance Saloon are the FOL's Tom Skinner and Jim Knox.
