Hugh Watt is holding up a protest sign that says 'Ban French Bomb Test'. Pompidou is leading Watt in a merry dance. A dog bystander comments on the scene that this will be Watt's last tango in Paris. Meaning the French aren't impressed with other countries interferring in their nuclear bomb testing policies.
