Athlete Rod Dixon asks the question of fellow athlete John Walker while above them float a five million dollar note and the Olympic flag. Only amateur athletes are able to compete at the Olympic Games. In the bottom right of the cartoon the small figure of the cartoonist is making off with a bag of money labelled 'one quarter of a million each', trailing notes and saying "I'd take the money and run".
