The five rings of the Olympics make the tracks of a tractor labelled 'International Olympic Committee' which an unhappy man is driving in the direction sign-posted 'Mexico'. The rings are being shattered by rocks labelled 'Arab countries', "Afro-Asian countries', 'South Africa' and 'Pakistan'. International events were jeopardising the staging of the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City.
