Mangopare - the pattern on the tahuhu of "Te Poho-o-Rawiri", a house erected at Kaiti, Gisborne, about 1849. "Pitau-a-manaia". The white represents the pattern.Ngutukura - a pattern once very popular in Poverty Bay. Modified by break in sweep of outer curve. White represents the pattern.
