A series of comic vignettes relating to smallpox, cowpox and Jenner's innoculations. The cartoon is an attack on vaccination and the College of Physicians, which is shown being struck down by the rays of Truth. In 1806 the College of Physicians reported strongly in favour of vaccination against small-pox
