First trolley bus (trackless tram) in Wellington outside the Kaiwharawhara Post Office. Driver Syd Smith. The line ran from Thorndon to Kaiwharawhara. It closed 30 May 1932. Photographed by Sydney Charles Smith 7 October 1924.
