Reference Number: NON-ATL-0047

Shows a two-masted sail-steamship in full sail. There is a boat in the distance on either side. There is a seabird in the water, perhaps an albatross. Very similar to a painting of the "Ladybird" held by Auckland Museum and reproduced in David Johnson's "Wellington Harbour" (Wellington Maritime Museum Trust, 1996, page 131), except that the ships in the background are reversed.
